Tejasswi Prakash was born on June 10, 1992 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. His father’s name is Prakash Waingankar, who is an engineer. He has a younger brother, Pratik Waingankar who is an engineer and works at MazikGlobal Inc. Park Ridge in Illinois, USA.
Tejaswi has a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from Mumbai University. He loved acting since childhood and decided to pursue a career in the acting industry.

When she was graduating, she participated in ‘Mumbai’s Fresh Face Competition’ and won the title, after which she started getting offers from various TV production houses. Tejaswi started her acting career in the year 2012 with the role of ‘Rashmi Bhargava’ in the television show “26-12”.
From 2015 to 2016, she played the lead role of Ragini Maheshwari opposite Namish Taneja in Colors TV’s Swaragini – Jodi Rishtey Ke Sur. She gained a lot of popularity with the character of Ragini Maheshwari played in Colors TV’s show Swaragini.
