Sai Pallavi Biography
Sai Pallavi was born on 9 May 1992 in Kotagiri, Tamil Nadu, India. His father, Senthamara Kannan, is a central excise officer and his mother, Radha Kannan, is a housewife. She also has a younger sister named Pooja Kannan, who is an actress.
He completed his higher education at Avila Convent School, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and then, he graduated in MBBS from Tbilisi State Medical University, Tbilisi, Georgia. He got a medical degree in 2016 but is not a registered doctor.
Sai Pallavi’s Career
Sai Pallavi started her acting career as a child artist in the Tamil language film “Kasturiman” in the year 2005, after which she also worked in Dham Dhoom (2008).
In 2015, while studying medicine at Tbilisi State Medical University, Sai Pallavi was offered the role of ‘Malar’ opposite Nivin Pauly in the Malayalam film ‘Premam’ by director Alphonse Puthrane. Her role of Malar was so appreciated by the audience that she was often recognised as Malar among her fans rather than Sai Pallavi.
In 2016, Sai Pallavi starred opposite Dulare Salman in the Malayalam film, ‘Kaali’, in which she played the role of Anjali, a young wife who has to deal with her husband’s extreme anger issues.
In 2017, she made her debut in the Telugu film industry with the film “Fidaa”. In this film, she played the role of Bhanumati of the village along with Varun Tej. In the same year, he also starred in a Telugu film “Middle Class Abbayi”.
After this, he acted in many hit films like Diya (2018), Maari 2 (2019), NGK (2019), Paava Kadhaigal (2020), Love Story 2021 and Shyam Singa Roy (2021).
In 2022, his upcoming film is “Virata Parvam” with Rana Daggubati.
