Keerthy Suresh was born on 17 October 1992 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Her father, Suresh Kumar is a Malayalam film producer and director and her mother, Maneka is a former actress. She also has an elder sister named Revathi Suresh, who works as a VFX expert.
Initially, till Class IV, he completed his schooling from Chennai, Tamil Nadu and then he enrolled at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pattam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. After completing her schooling, she completed her degree in Fashion Design from Pearl Academy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
