India Lockdown Review
Amit Joshi, Aradhana Sah and Madhur Bhandarkar’s story is fine. In the film, many such problems have been told that people faced during the Kovid crisis. Writing is loose in some places. It would have been nice if there was a little more shown about covid-related problems. Such as about the problems faced by medical personnel. Amit Joshi, Aradhana Sah and Madhur Bhandarkar’s dialogues are fine.

On the other hand, the film is very depressing. Madhur Bhandarkar’s direction is fine. It reminds the audience of the hardships they faced 2 years ago. Everyone will go back to that incident in 2020. At the same time, he focuses on some unknown aspects, which can occur during the pandemic. For instance, the way politicians move around in ambulances so that no one stops their car is quite entertaining.

Talking about performance, Shweta Basu Prasad’s track is weak. But his performance is good. Fits into the character. Prakash Belawadi can also be trusted to some extent. The scene where he dances is adorable. Prateik Babbar is impressive in every way. Sai Tamhankar also puts her best forward. Sanand Verma is eligible to pass. Satwik Bhatia is good, but his dialogue delivery seems to be a bit of rehearsal. Zareen Shihab has left a very good impression. It’s the same with Ahana Kumra.
