Deepa Malik is a famous Indian sports athlete of India, she is active in shot put and javelin throw as well as swimming and motor wrestling. Deepa Malik was born on 30 September 1970 in Bhainswal, Sonipat district, Haryana, India. His father’s name is Bal Krishna Nagpal (Indian Army) and mother’s name is Veena Nagpal, Vikram Nagpal is his brother. Bikram Singh (Indian Army officer) is her husband, they have daughters Ambika Malik and Devika Malik.

Deepa created history by winning a silver medal in the Paralympic shot put in the year 2016. At the age of 30, despite having three tumor surgeries, Deepa did not give up despite having her lower body numb and won medals in the National International Competition in Shot put and Jawline Throw.

Deepa Malik Education –

Deepa Malik started her career with the Beijing Olympics in the year 2008, after which she also worked in many sports such as javelin throw, shot put, swimming and motorcycle racing and earned a name in the world.

Deepa Malik has set an Asian record in javelin throwing.

He is also an enthusiastic motor-biker who drove 8 km of motorcycles in 1700 days in zero temperature conditions.

Deepa has also supported the GoSports Foundation Para Champions program.

On 12 September 2016, she won a silver medal at the Rio Paralympics and became India’s first woman.
